1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 80jl1 Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of the Philippines and your place of residence;
• You are not located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms & Conditions;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and you may lose money;
• You are not accessing the Platform while located outside the Philippines unless expressly permitted by 80jl1 and applicable law.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Licensing and Regulatory Compliance

80jl1 operates under the authority of a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Our license authorizes us to offer online gaming services, including casino games, bingo, sports betting, and related activities, to eligible players within the Philippines and other jurisdictions as permitted by law.

2.1 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. 80jl1 reserves the right to refuse service to players from restricted jurisdictions and may close accounts or void transactions if we determine a player is accessing the Platform from a prohibited location.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access 80jl1 gaming services, you must create an account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may be required to verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification.

3.1 Account Rules

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted only one account. Opening multiple accounts (duplicate accounts, "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, confiscation of funds, and permanent ban.

• Verification Requirements: 80jl1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension and withholding of funds.

3.2 Account Closure and Suspension

80jl1 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated software, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the Platform. In such cases, 80jl1 may withhold funds pending investigation and may confiscate winnings derived from prohibited activities.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds within 30 days. Unclaimed funds may be subject to administrative fees or forfeiture in accordance with applicable law.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

80jl1 supports multiple payment methods for player convenience, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Landbank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and other Philippine banks and e-wallets. All financial transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, subject to change at 80jl1's discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly or within a reasonable processing time depending on the payment method used.
• 80jl1 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account closure.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200, subject to change.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours for GCash and e-wallets, and within 1-3 business days for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.
• Before processing any withdrawal, 80jl1 reserves the right to verify your identity, payment method ownership, and compliance with wagering requirements.
• You may only withdraw funds to payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be subject to administrative fees as disclosed in the cashier section of the Platform.
• If you have received any bonus or promotional funds, withdrawals are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

80jl1 maintains strict Anti-Money Laundering procedures in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Suspicious transactions, unusually large deposits, or withdrawal patterns inconsistent with normal gaming activity may trigger additional verification or investigation. 80jl1 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to PAGCOR and relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x to 40x) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the 80jl1 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and are governed by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 80jl1 does not manipulate game results, and all games are subject to independent audits to verify fairness and compliance with industry standards.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any device to manipulate gameplay or odds;
• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes;

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected bets and payouts are void. 80jl1 will refund affected bets to player accounts, but is not liable for any consequential losses, lost winnings, or opportunity costs resulting from technical malfunctions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 80jl1 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of 80jl1 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without express written permission from 80jl1. Unauthorized use of Platform content may result in legal action and account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 80jl1 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or gambling losses.

80jl1's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made during the 30 days preceding the claim.

80jl1 is not liable for losses resulting from third-party payment processor failures, network outages, server downtime, game provider errors, or other technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transactions on the Platform shall be resolved through the following process:

3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law, conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 80jl1.

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

80jl1 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email, platform notification, or website announcement. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement
